Isabella Plantation

Planted in the early 19th century as a woodland garden, ‘Isabella’ is home, to among other things, an array of Rhododendrons and Azaleas. During the month of May , when it explodes into colour, it is a popular attraction. To avoid the May Bank Holiday crowds I decided on an early morning walk.
