Some really nice images there with the Bessamatic. I haven’t printed in the darkroom for many years. The print exposure times you are getting seem from memory to be quite long, maybe the caffenol developer. I was told by a darkroom technician to stop the enlarger lens down by 2 stops.

I have generally used f8 but am trying out f11 to deliberately give me longer times so I can experiment with things like dodging and burning etc

That makes sense, more time the better if you have to dodge and burn.
