I have a growing number of cameras in line for repair. I’m sure that I am not alone in feeling apprehensive and uneasy as I consider trying to bring some of these back to life. There is a definite limit to my ability and maybe more importantly confidence when it comes to performing ‘open camera surgery ‘ .
What better way to learn than by practising on cameras that are either not working or broken and that haven’t cost very much.
