We have had some terrific sunny days followed by equally beautiful sunsets. Food for the creative photographer. On one such evening I had a couple of opportunities to indulge my creativity.
Only these photos are fake. The sun sets on the other side of our house. Here is what I really saw. Flat light not very inspiring.
To achieve the results of the first two photos I used some off camera flash. The flash had an orange gel put over it. ‘Voila’ instant sunset.
My dictionary defines creative as “inventive, imaginative, showing imagination as well as routine skill.”
So are these fake… or have I been creative?
