Building on the success of the Minolta 7000, in the late 80’s Minolta produced the 7000i. One could be forgiven for thinking “not much of an upgrade.” But it is almost a totally different camera. This was only a first impressions experience but a favourable one. The camera felt good in the hand, focused quickly and got the exposure right. What more do you want from a camera? I will be taking it out again , perhaps trying out the focus with more challenging situations.
You got some really lovely, subtle color here. Nice work!
